Upgrading unlocks features gated by plan — QuickBooks, inventory, Lead Generator on Crew plan or higher, additional team seats, shop drawings, SMS, and more.
Where in the app: Business Settings → Account & Billing → Change Plan or Upgrade

When you see upgrade prompts
Upgrade CTAs appear when:
- A tab or integration shows "available on Crew plan and above"
- Team seat limits are reached (full-access or crew portal seats)
- Solo subscribers try Crew-only integrations
Click the button to open plan selection (Stripe checkout).
